- New option --force-biome for the create subcommand.
- The switch subcommand has been enhanced to support switching world without respawning the player (but could also be dangerous), as well as switching world for entity other than the command user.
- Some permission nodes for control and switch operations has been changed.
- When using without a permission manager, permission rivoreo.worldmgr.load_unload is now granted to operators by default.
- Some minor bug fixes.
