I added a command to get the file size. This is done with the command "/ sizeof <path to file>"

Added plugin events, now there are events such as: DownloadFileEvent, FileDeleteEvent, GettingAListOfFilesEvent, GettingAListOfFoldersEvent, GettingFileContentEvent, GettingMD5ChecksumEvent, UnzipArchiveEvent. And added a new throw EventCancelled Exception.
