I added particles and a sound after teleporting and I changed the way the messages look.
I have already implemented a way to check the amount of homes and a way to add a delay before teleporting, I will first just have to make the config.

well, I had some free time.
Every command should work, In the future i'd like to add a config to change the maximum amount of homes, a delay before the teleport, a sound on teleport, also translate the messages...

Fixed a "bug" where the /home command teleported you to the coordinates of your home in the current world even if the home was created in another world

/delhome allows you to delete homes you made

edit: idk why but when you delete a home and then try to set a home it says that the home exists already (i'll try fixing when I have time)
