Add armors, chest and change behaviour of your wolves!

I just forgot add permissions control, sorry for this

Permissions:
Reload: wolves_armor_reload
Get armor: wolves_armor_get
Get chest: wolves_chest_get

IMPORTANT!
Now the plugin only works with java 17 or latest, older java versions won't be supported anymore, this will apply in all my plugins updates!
