Plugin has been recoded, thats mean you need to remove your config.yml, sorry about that.

Fixed bug when you set max player count type.
Now you can use types in online players count like in max player count.
From now on ProtocolLib is not needed.
Added support for PlaceholderAPI. PAPI work only in: WelcomeMessage, JoinMessage & LeaveMessage.
