WS RP Enforcer - Wild Survival Resource Pack Enforcer

Quite a simple straightforward plugin. It's in its beginning stages. Since I need people testing it. I will be adding certain releases here.

The in general concept and purpose of this plugin is to kick players who reject your servers custom resource pack with a custom message.

Release state: 0.6.13
Main Testing Done With: 1.20.4 Spigot

Config YML Options:
1. Set Custom Kick Message
2. Set Server ResourcePack Link
