added permissions message

This fixes a rare bug where the async task is not properly cancelled.

forgot to update the config version, sorry about that.
just grab this version to avoid getting those update messages, which is now disabled by default.

added disabled world message

The title is now underlined instead of bold this has to be done in order to split longer words.
fixed where sometimes last line wasn't included.
