this update fixes a few things

* fixed arenas from not saving after restart
* fixed music
* fixes countdown for waiting room
* other things probably i forgot

Fixed messages, fixed leave command, added a no perms message for /wiisports, probably fixed more stuff

this could've fixed a bug, could've made it worse idk

but at least its open source now, not like anyone would risk their sanity by reading this bad code
