Good idea, lacking implementation.
Firstly, the plugin has no form of configuration, this means that the messages are the same as described above, which I personally do not like since every word is capitalized.
Secondly (which is less grave), the plugin does not make use of the display name of the player, which means that nickname plugins will have no effect.

If there is no description that's completely dumb. Please don't make a reasource if it has no description or doesn't say what it does. Its incredibly annoying to find stuff like this.
