Hello — thank you for your review! I’ve been away from the Minecraft scene for a while, but I’m slowly making a return. I’m planning a full overhaul of all these plugins to include new feature requests and updates for the latest Spigot version. My tentative goal is to have everything ready for download within the next month or so.

Does what it says, players have a higher retention rate when they've been welcomed by other players. Still works on 1.18.2

Hello — thank you for your review! I’ve been away from the Minecraft scene for a while, but I’m slowly making a return. It seems to work fine, but it brings quite a big problem. Once players learn that the welcome gives items, little players will rush to welcome but most won't even bother since only the first welcome gives a prize, so it ends up discouraging welcoming new players.
As a suggestion, give a timer of let's say, 5 minutes after a new player joins so everyone can welcome that player and everyone who welcomes, gains a prize.

Hello — thank you for your review! The plugin was originally designed to allow a single player to welcome new players, based on the server size at the time. However, I understand the need to let more players participate in welcoming new members in certain situations. I’m currently reworking the plugin to add more customization options, such as limiting how many players can welcome and setting a time window for welcoming new players.

Hello,

I really applaud the author for this simple and unobtrusive plugin!
It works perfectly and simple plugins are more complicated to find compared to very complete plugins.

However, it's a real shame not to have this plugin for several players to welcome...

Maybe put an option for a single player which is the reward or several?
Your plugin would wreak havoc and I'm sure it would!

I hope to see this feature very soon because we had talked about it and moreover I strongly need it as surely several servers!
