Fixed NPE issue

In this version i added `onlyWelcomeAfterXDelay` which essentially only welcomes players if they've been offline for X time (in seconds)

Fixed NPE caused in the PlayerJoinEvent

- Fixed an issue with vanish showing the name of the staff member that joins without sending a notification message.

- Fixes sending an empty message when onPlayerJoin is empty.

- Added displayFirstXWelcomeMessages to prevent spamming.

- Made the plugin support multiple join messages to negate spam.
- Added support for most vanish plugins to avoid people realizing when a staff member joins.

Fixed the plugin throwing Plugin WelcomeBack v1.0 generated an exception while executing task 1160

The plugin can now choose a random chat message from a list of messages to send to decrease chat spam

- Fixed the * next to the plugin name in /pl
- Added CommandsToExecuteOnFirstJoin (Basically if a new player joins the server for the first time and they welcome them. the welcomer will get a different set of rewards than a normal welcome back)
