Fixed Command /webp was missing info about ip and such.
And i fixed a few other things.

Currently working on a new php fix so it can get a proper working php!

i've decided to push the config change update with this update instead!
Webplugin now fully supports all (that i've tested) proxy types.
this allows server owners to have a webpage run by their proxy instead of the minecraft servers themselves!

PHP is not supported on proxy and ssl isn't either.. yet

same as free but i might at some point make a difference between them since php support is difficult.
