Personal Time/Weather

- Allow time and weather in client to be different with server​
Code (Text):
# Sets your personal Time.
/ptime <time> OR /ptime <reset/day/night/dawn/dusk>

# Sets your personal Weather
/pweather <reset/clear/downfall>
- So client time maybe:

Set No-Snow Regions

- Select regions with world edit and prevent them from natural snow forming
Code (Text):
#Set no snow region
//nofrost (AFTER MAKING A CUBOID SELECTION)

#Unset all no snow region within the chunk of selection
//noforst remove (AFTER MAKING A CUBOID SELECTION)

- So it can prevent stuff like this from happening (well... unintentionally)
