This is probably the most vital plugin for any factions server in 1.3+. Waterlogging makes factions completely unraidable without withers (which is just not ideal for a competitive server) and this plugin sorts it in the most amazing way. The dev responds fast but this plugin is so lightweight that you really wont find any issues with it. It does exactly as it says. I am super happy to have had this made.
