Feature:
Added support for block-based collision removal for both /kaka and /pipi. You can enable or disable it and configure which blocks will instantly remove kaka/pipi particles when they come into contact.

Also added timed auto-removal: particles will be removed even if they never reach the ground. This can also be enabled/disabled and configured in seconds.

Feature:
Custom delay added for /pipi and /kaka commands. You can enable/disable it, configure the duration in seconds, and set a message with a %time% placeholder. Players with the waruipipi.cooldown.bypass.pipi or waruipipi.cooldown.bypass.kaka permission can skip the delay.

Bug Fix:
Phantom blocks from the kaka and pipi commands can no longer be sucked into hoppers if it's disabled via the config.
