Finally fixed the issue with warps not loading proplery.

This happened due to Warpalicious loading the warps before the worlds were loaded by multiworld plugins such as MultiVerse. Fixed now

"Fixed" the internal error issue when setting warps or warping. Since the issue only seemed to occur when the plugin was trying to create warps in worlds that are unloaded/don't exist
