• You can now edit, and change the alert messages for IP's, Ads, and Slurs in chat

Update Note: Existing configs will be automatically updated with new defaults.
The IP detection uses the existing vulture.ads permission for alerts.

This update simply just updates the start up message. Now instead of it saying "Vulture has loaded" it will now say "Vulture » Created by iDevelop - https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vulture.130262/"
