How Vouchers Work
  1. A player runs /vouch <command>
    • This creates a paper voucher in their inventory.
    • The voucher contains the specified command.
  2. The player right-clicks the voucher.
    • The stored command is executed from the console.
    • The command supports placeholders like %player% to replace with the player's name.
  3. The voucher is consumed after use.
    • Once redeemed, the voucher disappears from the inventory.
