- Admin permission for the Reload Command. (- vjm.admincmds).
- Fixed problems with the join sound. (You can now type false if you want disable it correctly).

- You have to add the permission of all ranks with two dashes " - -VJM.RanksNumbers"
- And put with a dash the permission of the rank that you want to see " - VJM.RankNumber"
