This plugin is minimalist for creation villas (Zone with protection), two commands /vrg (admins with perm villaregion.commands.vregion) and /villa (players)
The villas/zone have a lot of flags Not_burn, Build, Not_explosion and more, also you can choose the default flags when someone create a villa.
