Note
Supports 1.21.6! About 50 servers seem to have updates to 1.21.6 and I have had no reports of issues and after some testing it seems fine!
The internal API has been updated to 1.21.6 so in the future 1.21.4-1.21.5 support may be dropped.

- Buckets not acting like they would normally in creative (They are not used up and go to a new slot)
- Villager velocity and fall distance not resetting when picked up by a bucket

DEPRECATED - READ THIS
- Deprecate old config settings in favour of permissions

Due to some settings now being deprecated please switch to using permissions to configure them instead, these will allow better configuration. Read https://github.com/JustDoom/VillagerInABukkit/wiki/Configuring-using-permissions

The old settings will still work in new versions until I remove it so people have time to switch
