3.7.0 - Customizable scoreboard, more signs customization, fixes

New customizable scoreboards update is here!

Added customizable scoreboards in language.yml, also scoreboard is now more modern with this update! (1st scoreboard photo)
Now, game signs can be edited in your own way! All signs placeholders (%state%, %maxplayers% etc) can be formatted on every line!
All respawned players won't have night vision effect from spectator mode now
By default levelled kits were unlocked for operators, now they won't
Players with MVP and Elite permissions are now able to join full games
Removed /vda addsign command, add signs via setup menu only
It looks like this version contains some performance improvements due to scoreboard system change
