2.1.5 - Translations, fixes, custom permissions

+ /setprice command now add/update item lore correctly
+ Disabled automatic whitelist disable if BungeeCord support isn't enabled (thanks to @pluginy)
+ Removed "bar" from config.yml (boss bar isn't used right now)
+ Added translatable game chat formatting (In-game.Game-Chat-Format)
+ Added custom permissions section in config.yml (thanks to @mmuziek)

Example custom permissions:

Code (YAML):

CustomPermissions:
game.player : 5
game.vip : 10
game.staff : 20

game.player gives 5% more orbs
game.vip gives 10% more orbs
game.staff gives 20% more orbs
Permissions can be combined!
For example: villagedefense.vip + game.vip gives 60% more orbs!
