Update to LATEST

This update brings compatibility with ViaVersion 4.0.0.
You need to update ViaVersion. This version will not work with an older version of ViaVersion.

This update fixes compatibility with Java 12+

-Updated the plugin to work on 1.13.2 and 1.14.4 servers
-Added a fix for the ladder bounding box. This did prevent 1.8.x and 1.7.x players from climbing ladders.

-Fixed the plugin not working correctly on 1.9.x servers.
-AreaEffectClouds are now visible for 1.8.x and lower!

-Velocity is applied to 1.8.x and lower players to emulate elytra flight.
-Slime blocks do bounce 1.7.x players now.

-Added sounds for block placement and item pickup
-Changed the brewing stand fix behavior

-The plugin can now inform players that they are using an outdated client version (disabled by default)
