Adds:
➢ Added ability to set a challenge start time and duration time
➢ Added ability to set whether to enable a challenge or not
➢ Added CommentedConfiguration for all files (As of now all changes made to individual base files will be updated to the latest version if they are in the Challenges folder)

➢ More features for Dye Challenge
➢ Interface with all Challenges and some informations
➢ Add possibility to set multiply objects (Ex. BlockPlaceChallenge, now you can do this with only 1 block, with the update you can use multiple blocks) for some Challenges
➢ Add possibility to set 1 prize for each winner
