Commands:
/gmc [player] - Set your or other player's gm to creative mode
/gms [player] - Set your or other player's gm to survival mode
/gma [player] - Set your or other player's gm to adventure mode
/gmsp [player] - Set your or other player's gm to spectator mode
/heal [player] - Heal other players or yourself
/feed [player] - Feed other players or yourself
