Continuation of Vampire plugin with some new features.Batcloud, fixes and more!
Added a higher tier of vampire, the Nosferatu.
Receives less debuffs from the Sun and is able to turn into a cloud of bats.
Added /v set nosferatu,n yes,no playername
Fixed /v list not working
Lot of internal changes and cleanup.
