Updated plugin to accommodate ValhallaMMO Beta API changes.

FIXED issue where trinkets could be worn even without the required permission

NEW Trinket slots can be locked off, and unlocked with permission requirements

TWEAK Trinkets can no longer be crafted, and must instead be found in dungeon loot

BALANCE Many trinkets have had stat changes

ValhallaMMO got an api change, and so ValhallaTrinkets must be updated along with it.

This update also features:
FEATURE /trinkets, you can now access your trinkets with a command
FEATURE /trinkets <user>, you can now access someone else's trinkets as an administrator

- Replaced the default recipes file with a more hardcoded version that's less prone to errors, but as a result it's more difficult to edit recipes.
It's still possible to edit recipes, but you'll have to do it through the file instead of GUIs

- / val setuptrinkets now overwrites pre-existing recipes, so you no longer need to remove existing trinkets recipes to get the new configuration in

The default recipe for "Purity" was improperly translated, please remove the valhallatrinkets.yml file from the ValhallaTrinkets plugin directory before starting the server, and remove the purity recipe and execute / val setuptrinkets again.

Note that this only happens if you have ValhallaMMO installed and its resource pack set up
