Fixed a bug that removes all the coals a player had in his inventory and not the exact coal to remove, the calculation part has been optimized to correct this and that the plugin reacts faster. The reload part has also been optimized to simply reload the files and not reboot the plugin completely to avoid unnecessary interruptions
