Wait, an Urban Dictionary Plugin
Yep. You heard me right. Now you can search up anything you want on Urban Dictionary using this plugin. Some basic features of this plugin include:

- Detailed reports on definitions (author, date, rating).
- Clickable links for words to other definitions from definitions.
- Caching so words that are requested many times are cached and return a fast output.
- Async operations for requests so they don't lag the server.
- Extremely lightweight and fun for users to use!

This plugin was made mainly to give a break from the other projects I was developing. Feel free to leave a couple of comments if you want.

Commands
/urban [phrase with spaces] [optional index] - The main command for searching a word on Urban Dictionary. If the index is not specified, it will default to 0 (the top definition).

Example commands include:
/urban school - Gets the top Urban Dictionary definition of "school".
/urban school 1 - Gets the second top Urban Dictionary definition of "school".

Permissions
urbandictionaryplugin.urban - Permission to use the "urban" command mentioned above.
