CORRECTIONS:

The "freeze chat" has been fixed, I mean the /freezechat command. Since it didn't work.

AGGREGATE:

A new ADMIN chat has been added, outside of the normal Staff Chat.

Now, when a user is frozen they will be able to write in a chat separate from the normal chat. And the staff will also be able to respond to you through the same chat. /freezechat (message).

IMPROVED:

/clearlag can now be configured. Deactivating it, changes the broadcast message, the no permission message.

2 new commands have been added for staff use.

/inv <player>. It displays an inventory with the inventory of the specified player.

/untied fly. There's not much to say about this, it just makes you fly.

Exception handling has been added. For configuration files.
