- Added /utssignal getilclear/getilclearlossy commands for redstone output when section in book in specified chest is clear
- Fixed a bug where points that are not signals on an interlocking path get cleared upon touching the next signal
- Fixed a bug where train with ATO Pattern still departs after using EB button
- Added atosign stoptime negative values to let train close doors only after specified time, but not depart
- Simplified code
