Replaces messages that contain a keyword, by a random message in a configurable list.

To make a regex entry, do /ucr addregex <regex> <replacement>. The regex will be translated to a parsable sentence, that the plugin will scan upon every message entry. Permission: ucr.addregex

The command syntax is like this:

/ucr <command> <arguments>
Typing /ucr with no arguments will display a help message, if the user has ucr.ucr permission.
The only present subcommand right now is /ucr add <word> <replacement arguments>. The permission is ucr.add. This command adds an entry in the config. <WORD> MUST BE IN LOWERCASE, AS WELL AS EVERY OTHER ENTRY, IN ORDER TO NOT BREAK THE PLUGIN!
