+ added /uc blocks - will give information about crafting recipes supported by the plugin

+ added /uc version - returns plugin version(current 1.5)

+ added furnace into 8 cobblestone recipe

+ added cobblestone into stone recipe

+ added config.yml to disable certain blocks & recipe's

+ added quartz block that gives you 4 quartz to the plugin

+ added quartzblock to the config.yml

+ updated gradle build setting to now say 1.4 rather than "1.0-SNAPSHOT"
