This plugin just sucks lol, the support is horrible and it has not been updated since 2023. It has issues on both Waterfall and Velocity with kicking. I finally decided to make the switch off this premium plugin to a free one and I am glad I did. I would not recommend it and would look into other free options, as they are available.

I've been using this for a while, since 2023 actually! You get what it is stated.
I can confirm it works on 1.21.4. I haven't felt the need to switch to a different plugin as this solves all my needs.
It's worth noting that support does exist but you shouldn't expect any big or small updates. It's in a bit of an End of Life situation it seems.
It's a great resource but you should be sure you know you're getting what is described and nothing **more** is guaranteed.
Overall it's a good plugin, and if you haven't found something suitable I would recommend still getting this even if it's not getting active development.

I had no issue using this plugin on my multi-proxy setup that uses RedisBungee. It runs super smooth, it is extremely light-weight and I love the channel creation, all I need for staff chats.

Do some updates and I will change my rating. A paid plugin should be more responsible on producing bug fixes. I paid for this and have some ridiculously game-breaking bugs.

We understand the frustration caused by the lack of resent updates. The development team has recently been very busy with personal and professional commitments, and have not had the time they wish to dedicate to Hypera projects.

We apologise for this, and it is something we are working on improving internally.

We are not currently aware of any bugs that are causing issues for users, and we are certainly not aware of any "ridiculously game-breaking bugs" or persistent bugs caused by UltraStaffChatPro itself. If we become aware of any such bugs, we will be releasing a patch as soon as possible.

good plugin - bad support
No need to wait long - this is good, but lot of problems with help one difficulty which I need? This is huge problem

When joining to the server sometimes non-premium staff have got [+] Uknown server
support said that I need to check latency, after that they wrote that they only provide support for uscp, so why you asked about latency? its connected lmao

Really like luckperms prefixes and vanish api but support is bad terrible and no more to say.

Hi Kajtek7123,

As we tried to explain several times in your support ticket, the issue that you are encountering is caused by BungeeCord not providing UltraStaffChatPro with the server information for the player.

This is usually caused because it is not available when UltraStaffChatPro collects data for placeholders.

We also explained that this may be caused by high latency between your proxy and "auth-1" server, causing the player to not actually be connected to the server when UltraStaffChatPro sends the join message.

We are unable to help with basic system administration actions like checking the latency between servers, as it is highly dependant on the environments your servers are running in.

Additionally, when you left the support server and rejoined you had complained about us "kicking you" from the server and threatened to report us to SpigotMC for doing so. You have also not been cooperative when we have been trying our best to assist you.

I apologise for the inconveniences you have experienced.

We hope that you will reconsider this review in the future, as the issue you are having is not related to UltraStaffChatPro and is completely out of our control.

The plugin is good and has some useful functions. But I bought it 5 days ago and I haven't been able to use the most important function, which is the discord. Support takes almost 1 day to respond to just a message and not give a concise solution

Hi Asesinojuan,

As we explained several times in your support ticket, the issue you were encountering was caused by your proxy not having an outbound connection to the internet.

Without a working internet connection, it is impossible for the plugin to connect to Discord - and thus makes it impossible for the Discord integration to work.

We also explained that this is likely caused by an issue with your firewall, and attempted to help you resolve a firewall issue, however you were unwilling to cooperate and instead insisted that it was an issue with UltraStaffChatPro.

We hope that you will reconsider this review in the future, as the issue you were having is not related to UltraStaffChatPro and is completely out of our control.

I've been using UltraStaffChat for awhile, after I had bought the pro version of it I was amazed by the amazing customizability especially with creating your own channels, like if you have a builder team and you want them to have their own chat for them.
