Fix startup error

This update includes a redesign of the admin panel along with a players tab which is not yet finished. The ban and kick will not work. I currently have exams so I wasn't able to finish this update in time but I'm releasing what I had to keep the UltraMonitor Spirit Alive!

Now supports 1.16+ instead of only 1.21.
