UltraFly - nPayToFly, but improved.

Hello, after a long time I am posting a new update for the plugin.

In this version we have a new name, a code made from 0 and new configuration files. There is still something missing from the old version, but I will implement it in the best possible way.

ADDITIONS:
Actionbar messages have been added.
You can now disable chat or action bar messages.
Discontinued Java / Bukkit methods have been removed from the code, making it better.
The code is smaller and more organized.

► Additions:
◼ Now, when the player enters a message it will appear when leaving the game with the rented fly.
◼ bStats/Metrics added.
◼ Permissions editing removed.

► Known bugs
◼Configuration.yml comes without the comments.

Now I'm going to take a break from the update cycle, I'll only release another one if I find a new bug. For now I'll be working to improve the code.

► Bugs fixed:
◼ The player could rent the fly endlessly, this has been fixed.
◼ /reload now works
◼ Update checker fixed

► Additions:
◼ Now the player loses the fly when exiting (soon you will have an option to decide this)

Hello, today I did an update that greatly improved the way the plugin works.

► What's new?
◼ Config separated from messages
◼ New options
◼ Now you can choose which language you want to use (and logically you can edit). The following languages are available along with the plugin: English and PT-BR
◼ Update checker
◼ Reload command (does not work 100%)

► Known bugs
◼ Swapping the language in configuration.yml makes you miss the comments (this is a "bug" in Bukkit, so It will take me a while to fix).
◼ /Reload does not work

► New commands
◼ /rentfly (changed from /fly to /rentfly for compatibility issues with other plugins)
◼ /paytofly
