This update is mainly a texture pack rebuild to support the recent item model changes and a plugin rebuild to support UC 3.10+. As a result of this change, clients below 1.21.4 will no longer display the texture pack correctly.

This release includes support for the API changes in the latest version of UC, specifically the switch back to shaded adventure libraries.
