Fixed error due to tablist text

You can set your own chat message display using Placeholders (Like LuckPerms prefix)

Enable or disable it in config.yml if you already have one.

Some servers got "UltimateUtilities does not specify an API version"
This error is fixed in this update.

/spawn command: No permission required
/setspawn command -> Permission: uutils.admin.command.setspawn
