UltimateRules is a rules plugin driven by a gui interface.INSTALLATION
Start by downloading the plugin from here, and head into your server (plugins folder) file manager, and upload the .jar file into your plugins folder.
CUSTOMIZE THE PLUGIN & RULES
Go into config.yml and view the Rules section. Go ahead and change the rules. You can have a unlimited set of rules.

Use /rules to open gui
