The hoe create a lot of issue to me.
So, I completly recode it. Thanks to this:

• Faster for disabling system

Hoe:
Before, you could get a duplication bug.
Now option: you can disable some seed !
Added Nether wart auto-replant

Hoe:
- Carrot and Potato have been added.
