New Features:
-fishing as job:
/jobcenter job addFisher <jobname> <fish/treasure/junk> <price>
/jobcenter job delFisher <jobname> <fish/treasure/junk>
-tabcomplete for all commands
-better jobinfo output
-give the ownership of your playershop to another player
/playershop changeOwner <shopname> <new Owner>
Bugfixes:
- A item can now added only once to a job
- A item can now removed once from a job
- ultimate_economy.info permission changed to ultimate_economy.info.jobinfo
