Oops, left my debug statements in the code.

Be gone!

This update includes:
- No longer able to open a negative vault number /pv 0 or /pv -1
- Clicking the back button on page 1 no longer results in the player vault being wiped.
- Permissions changed so operators have full access by default.
- back button and next button no longer appear if the user doesnt have those vaults available.

Added support for 1.20.4

Bug fixed:
- /pv admin open {name} didn't open inventory

Fixed:
- /pv -99 is no longer possible.

- fixed blinking of playervaults when accessing playervaults that are not available.

Fixed error on startup when the server doesn't have the dependency yet.

Added bstats and minor code changes
