- Added a config file: You can now disable any particular item in the config file. All settings are named enableEnderChest, enableGrindstone, etc

- Added Anvil support: You can now open anvils from your inventory
Anvils do not take durability damage when opened this way like they do in the world, so this is an opt-in feature if you don't mind that. By default it is off, and can be enabled by setting enableAnvil to true in the new config file

- Added permission support: You can now control who can open what using a permissions system
All permissions are named ultimateinventory.enderchest, ultimateinventory.grindstone, etc
To enable permission checks, set usePermissions to true in the new config file. By default it is false
If you don't do this, there are no permission restrictions, so server owners who don't use a permissions plugin don't need to set anything extra up

Many thanks to ApliNi on GitHub for pointing out that some people use plugins where Shulker Boxes stack within a slot

This update means that open shulker boxes are given a unique NBT tag that should prevent it from stacking with otherwise "identical" shulker boxes while you are interacting with it.
You can now also only open a "stack" of shulker boxes if only 1 is in the stack.

This has been tested alongside this stacking plugin but others should work -You should still test carefully with your exact server setup!

I can only provide good assurance that the plugin will work without issue if you don't have other plugins that can interfere with shulker boxes/inventory slots
