Added:
- Saturation consume action.
- Target selector option for consume actions.
- Experimental full 1.16.x support. (Contact me if problems occur)
- Repetitions are now based on the full drug effect duration rather than the last action.
- Players in creative mode no longer spend drug/seed/fertilizer items when consuming/planting/using them.
