A simple standalone Avrae/DnD-styled plugin to roll dice!

Features:
- Roll all the dice you need at once!
- All operators and parentheses are supported!
- INLINE DICE ROLLS! Make your rolls more natural by including them in your messages!
- use a -self or -all parameter to change who your rolls get sent to!

Customization:
- several useful configuration settings which can be changed with /diceplugin_config in game

Permissions:
- Diceplugin.roll - if user can roll dice
- Diceplugin.dungeon_master - if user can configure plugin
