Thanks, glad you like it! I would like to add more support for other server platforms in the future, such as Folia. But this will take a lot of time, and my time is unfortunately quite limited. Of course, UhcCore is free and open-source software, so if anyone wanted to help me with this massive effort, they could!

One complication with supporting Folia right now is that UhcCore depends on APIs for portals, respawning players, scoreboards, loading worlds etc, which are currently broken on Folia: https://github.com/PaperMC/Folia#current-broken-api.
