This is the default GUI.

Design the GUI in the way you want it:
Add formatting and color codes, edit the materials, change the GUI Title and the name of the items.

gmgui.gm.*
- /gm [ gmgui.gm.open] - Open GUI
Other Permissions
- gmgui.gm.survival - Change gamemode to survival
- gmgui.gm.creative - Change gamemode to creative
- gmgui.gm.spectator - Change gamemode to spectator
- gmgui.gm.adventure - Change gamemode to adventure
- /gm [ gmgui.gm.open] - Open GUI
Other Permissions
- gmgui.gm.survival - Change gamemode to survival
- gmgui.gm.creative - Change gamemode to creative

gmgui.modify
- /gmgui material [survival/creative/spectator/adventure] - Set material from your main hand
- /gmgui name [survival/creative/spectator/adventure] (name) - Set new material name
- /gmgui title (name) - Set new GUI title
