Api updates and mini event fix

New dependencies:

• Java 17
• you need to udpate chatbot permissions
• updated guide inside config (google disc link)
• you need to remove all configs from twitchunt 1.X and generate new, if u want save you options/effects make backup and copy-paste to new configs
• Full supported versions: 1.17.X - 1.18.X, other versions can work with force spigot compatibility (look config) but are not supported

What new in 2.0:

• support for Twitch Subscriptions with tiers check (casting effects)
• support for Twitch cheer with thresholds (casting effects)
• redemption of custom revard (casting effects)
• 100% customisable translations
• rebuild big part of code (OOP coding)
• stream alert on minecraft

What is planned:

• support for StreamElements donations with thresholds (casting effects)
• more plugin effects (i dont want add effect what can be cast with default minecraft commands, u can make that effects with customCommands config

ALERT
Before update change name of customEffects.yml and generate new file with new examples functions. Older effects are fully compatible.

What new:

• in one custom effect you can set summary 4 commands, 2 on cast effect and 2 with delay. If you want cast 4 commands on end poll set low delay (dont go lower than 20 ticks)
• delayed commands to rollback changes. For example disable fall damage and after 60 seconds enable - If the server stops, the delayed commands will not be executed
• more variables in custom commands (per hunted): %world%, %x-coord%, %y-coord%, %z-coord%

Bug fixes:

• remove unused imports

Plugin not specific api version to work with more minecraft versions without replacing jar. With versions 1.16.5 and lower you must set `forceSpigotUsage` to true. 1.16.5 and 1.17 is supported, older version can have problems with some effects. If someone want test twitchunt on older version and send me what case error then i can add information in plugin about that (on effects/yml list).

What new:
- 5 new effects 31-35
- add force spigot api
- SandAttack effect not clearing inventory now
- you can set more than one hunted player (replaced sethunted to addhunted and removehunted)
- defaulting (on bad config) make changes in config
- rewriting all effect for better optimization
- update dependency

Bug fixes:
- add missing info. about setpollchoicesamount in /twitchunt command
- remove some stupid code xd

- Merge spigot and paper version in one plugin. Now plugin detect version of server
- 10 new effects (some completly new and some in variations)
- Soo much better tab completions
- Information on stream chat about start/end poll
- New option in config, now can you change when start polls when you use command /twitchunt start - insta start or after interval (true/false)
- Renaming command "setpolltime" to "setpollduration"

Bug fixes:
- Add missing informations about permissions to config
- Add info about possibility to use plugin (you must have enable polls on channel)
- Some commands not saving changes in config
- More checkers with input data in commands (poll interval and poll duration conflict)
