This plugin is great for SMPs where you don't want a speed runner to immediately defeat the ender dragon and anything related to portals! Extremely convenient and easy to use and is a staple of my server hosting plugin list. The developer is also very responsive and when I brought an issue to the support channel an update was pushed in under 30 minutes to fix my issue! 1000% recommend

If you mean restrictions on entering portals, there are permissions for this. The plugin wiki describes everything in more detail ( https://github.com/TRUEC0DER/truePortals/wiki/Plugin-commands-and-permissions). If I misunderstood you, please write to me in discord @truec0der

This plugin could be better if it does support change the linked world.
For example, when nether portal linked to world_nether, I could use this plugin make all nether portals linked to another world (that even not nether)
